Our Winter Wellness Afternoon Retreat, in collaboration with FitLife, is designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your mind & body during the winter season. All within a supportive community of like-minded women.

Over the course of this nourishing afternoon you’ll enjoy:

Reformer Pilates hosted by Kennedy, with a focus on mindful movement to release tension and build strength.

Meditation & Journaling led by our founder Ciara. Take this opportunity to reflect & reconnect with what you need as the season unfolds. Tapping into your most compassionate self as you plant seeds for the months ahead.

Refreshments throughout and the opportunity to meet the kind, like-minded women in our Oxford community.

This afternoon retreat is an invitation to take care of yourself - without pressure or expectation.

All refreshments and materials will be provided. This is a beginner-friendly event, so whether you’re new to Pilates & meditation or have practiced before, all levels of experience are welcome!

Come as you are, and leave feeling rested, restored, and reconnected - both with yourself and with a community of lovely people.
